Join a squad

Club members swim together at Kardinia Aquatic Centre on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. All members and non-members are welcome to attend these free sessions (pool entry only).
Sunday morning and Tuesday evening coached sessions are usually held from February until early December, when we break for the open water swimming season over the summer months. We are planning these squad sessions to commence in mid February. We would love some feedback about the times and venues for our squad sessions in 2021. Go to our 2021 squad survey.
Bring a drink bottle, swim goggles, fins, and a pull buoy to each session. While not compulsory, swim snorkel and paddles are recommended.  Sessions suit a variety of ability levels and cover general fitness, stroke correction, and open water and pool competition preparation.
UPDATE: SUNDAY SQUAD IS NOW COMMENCING 28 FEB 2021 DUE TO A CARNIVAL AT KARDINIA.

Join the slow lane

Our squad sessions have a slower paced lane for swimmers keen to improve their fitness and technique.

Join a middle lane

We have a mix of middle lane swimmers. Most are swimming to maintain form; an occasional fast swimmer is taking it easy; and a few mid pace swimmers are ramping up speed for competition or a challenge.

Join the fast lane

Our fast lane will challenge your pace, hone your fitness and help you prepare for open water and pool competitions.
