Join the slow lane

Our squad sessions have a slower paced lane for swimmers keen to improve their fitness and technique.

Join a middle lane

We have a mix of middle lane swimmers. Most are swimming to maintain form; an occasional fast swimmer is taking it easy; and a few mid pace swimmers are ramping up speed for competition or a challenge.

Join the fast lane

Our fast lane will challenge your pace, hone your fitness and help you prepare for open water and pool competitions.
